As an NQT, you will be given additional support to start your teaching career
If you are teaching on a supply basis, we provide regular local work with consistency of school assignments. Most supply teachers teach regularly in 3-5 local schools
Our Expectations of You
QT Education seeks teachers who provide the highest levels of commitment to their role in schools and in the classroom. As a teacher representing QT Education in school, we expect you to:
Build and maintain positive learning environments where students are continually on-task under your management
Have a strong commitment to planning and using differentiated practices to ensure the curriculum is accessed by all students whatever their aptitude or ability
Use assessment for learning strategies to inform planning and ensure progression is achieved
We expect that work set is delivered to a high standard and where necessary, you have appropriate resources to engage students in further or extended tasks
We include a daily handover sheet with your booking confirmation, unless the school supply you with their own form, we would expect this to be competed and left with reception before you leave the school
Always leave the classroom tidy at the end of every lesson
