QT Education is the specialist agency for secondary qualified teachers across the South West. We work hard to build long-lasting relationships and ensure teachers are at the heart of everything we do.
As an ethical, family run business, we operate on the simplistic values of honesty, transparency, trust, integrity and providing outstanding levels of service. We treat schools and teachers as we would want to be treated. After all, our reputation is entirely down to the quality of the teachers we represent!
We are not in business to turn a large profit. To put it simply, our mission is to do everything we can to be the most cost effective supply option for schools and to pay teachers as close to scale as possible. We strongly believe that funding should be kept in education, where it belongs!
