QT Education was established in 2011 to provide South West secondary schools with a cost effective, trusted and reliable service for the supply of high calibre teaching staff.
Jon, the founder of the business, is from a family of teachers. He trained as a PE teacher and worked for national agencies for over seven years. Jon has an absolute passion for customer service and offering teachers and schools a very caring and attentive service where teachers are treated with respect and schools are provided with a very accurate account of teachers’ abilities when requirements arise. Jon felt that larger national agencies struggled to adopt a caring approach towards teachers and he wished to put teachers at the heart of the recruitment process.
Within the first year of operation, it became apparent that schools and teachers very much appreciated this refreshing, honest, personal and caring approach. Consequently Rosalyn (Jon’s wife with fifteen years recruitment experience) and Chris Bishop (a good friend of Jon’s with over fourteen years recruitment experience) joined the business to ensure we maintain a strong pool of teachers for the ever increasing volume of requirements arising from South West schools!
As a team of three, we share the same passion towards customer service and we can honestly say that we care for EVERY teacher we represent.
